Hey Steve, You may want to try Dominion Credit, out of BC or AB; as well  as, I've worked with HSBC on couple occasions. 

While I've never asked for repairs, I know others who have (to pass FHA inspection) and on one occasion, the bank agreed to escrow $2500 for some repairs I planned to do.

@Colton Taylor it's possible, but you need to have a job that provides the flexibility to take calls, answer emails, and even leave work on occasion to deal with issues.As a Landlord myself, I wouldn't want a part-timer.
