While I agree that not all advice holds the same weight - you don't want to take flipping advice from the guy who only buys and holds stabilized properties, you don't want to learn how to wholesale from the girl who's only wholesaled one property in the two years she's been at it, etc - I firmly believe that vetting the information you find on this site is entirely up to you.

Trust me, this girl does her due diligence.On his personal website it says short sale.

I'm a real estate photographer on the side.The difference between what a profissional can produce, and what a GWC (guy/girl with camera) can do is night and day. you can't take GREAT real estate photos without deeply learning photography.

this is a very very tough business.. and Bessemer and B ham were your at... is HIGHLY competitive and has been for years.. there are deals there I fund probably 5 to 7 a month in that city and have for over 15 years.. its never ending inventory there.. but its competitive as Hell you are competing against my boys and girls there.. they do it for a living you have too many barriers to really compete other than falling into a deal like a pumpkin falling off a truck.
