There was a time when a traveling nurse wanted a 7 am check in (after her shift), and a late check out, 6pm  (before her second shift) and wanted to book one night.

I work a FT sales job (travel to the west coast often for work), got my IL RE license last summer, and want to buy my first investment property in the NW suburbs of Chicago SOON.

I was traveling so we asked the water company to cut the water on at the meter but leave it off to the house.

We get a lot of business travel since it's the furniture capital of the world.

Just wish there was someone who could take calls for me in the middle of the night, when I'm traveling, etc. 

One of my dreams has always been to build a global real estate network and spend time traveling to new destinations to evaluate markets, develop international networks, and learn more about the world.

Medical hardship is something where we should have a heart and try to understand where they are coming from.

Just be very clear on pets you will/will not allow, make sure you understand the support/medical/emotional pets laws in your state as well.Ultimately, if you're screening your tenants correctly, you'll be choosing tenants who are responsible pet owners anyways....Hope this helps!
