I worked my way through school and was able to graduate with very little student debt.

A lot of the big course guys have employees work with the students. with that said, I would personally spend some time on here first and learn as much as you can for free. 

I know its not the sexiest place but I've lived there a couple of years and know that its more of a student housing type of market.

But also I realize that students can be a pain because of the quick turn overs.
