Need Seattle Housing! Help!!
I’m in college in Bothell, Washington looking for an affordable house I could get an FHA loan on in the next few months. Does anyone have any ideas? To buy a place, the cheapest thing is still 200k-300k which is still a lot for a college student. Renting is an option but the Seattle area market is still so high that it’s hard to just be throwing money at the wall, I’d rather be putting it towards a mortgage or something I could own. A little advice would be MUCH appreciated.
Thank you for your response!
