It would save on transactional funding fees and one side of closing costs....It seems sticky but I read an article saying it was one way to do it.

A few examples:1. kitchen floor is hardwood, or sticky tiles.

I just don't want them being sticky/ruining paper etc.

Welcome @Ben Rice It is hard to make number works in the bay area. you can buy if you are buying here you are buying for appreciation. 

Doubt anybody will top @Geoffrey SchnakeDuring eviction - rice cooker with rice that had been sitting for about a week Fish tank - electricity to unit was off, fish were starting to belly up.
