I'm an astronomy and science nut, an active member of the Denver Astronomical Society here in town, and work as a consultant in the contact center industry.  

Our Christian society is one of the most hypocritical on earth.I agree with Wayne, take the course and learn the business then go make a few million and screw the RE commission!

You must meet certain criteria for the rest of society to back your loan and guarantee to pay it back if you default.

Society changes, shows we watch change, what's funny, what isn't, what matters and what dosn't, and with that what people find engaging and trust changes, damn nearly daily it seems sometimes.

That is the problem with our society though.

Getting a diploma seems to be the minimum in society. 

The TENANT may agree to waive those protections, but if you want SOCIETY (read "the courts") to honor your CONTRACT with the tenant, then you'd better give due consideration to society's concerns.

I think my overall belief is that at some point, as a country and as individuals, we must start to put public interest and the overall health of a society ahead of individualism and personal preference and personal profit. 

In todays current society of eviction moratoriums, stimulus checks, rampant unemployment, and deadbeat tenants, would I be willing to dig a little deeper into his screening if I was 100% guaranteed to get my money in full? 

Yes, each of us are responsible for what we get into, problem is not everyone is responsible, goes for borrowers and lenders, both may cheat, engage in criminal and immoral activities, pretty much what laws in society are suppose to do is to provide guidance in expected conduct.Problem is you can't dictate morality.Bryan L. , you might as well take the tags off your vehicles, stop paying taxes and just prepare to suffer the consequences.
