Take a plastic presentation folder with the 3 ring clasps inside.  

The pipe that comes in from the basement wall is a blue plastic looking pipe.

I also started a company that rents plastic reusable moving crates for your move called Elf Boxes (www.elfboxes.com) that is based in Lake Worth.

I think in one of those bathroom pictures you have thing wall plastic going right into the ground.

This isn't brain surgery and it is not difficult to calculate the cash flow the way I do it.

Do I just get plastic or wooden corner pieces and caulk it?

They even preferred that bath over the one that had tub, with subway tile around the tub (rather than a plastic surround), and the main bath also had an upgraded maple vanity with granite counter top sink with matching mirror (floor was almost identical to the other bath).So the bath with more $$ into it got less bang than that cheaper powder room conversion - it's crazy, unpredictable and very hard to gauge what a buyer will be attracted to sometimes.

They left something on the wood floors that turned clear hardwood black- its like sticky plastic gue.

They said furniture/beds should never be moved without covering them in plastic wrap, as the bedbugs would drop off and spread if you dragged infested furniture through a house or hallway.My fiance's niece works for an exterminating company and they have 2 of those dogs.
