Is it feasible....if the structural integrity of the house is maintained, are there other issues to consider. 

Market rent: I don't look at market rent as 1 single number that I want to meet or exceed.

In general, a tenant is responsible for damages caused to a property, and even disabled tenants who qualify for reasonable accommodation and who alter the premises to meet their needs are responsible to put the property back into its original condition at their cost.

I'd love to meet up, specifically areas East of the 215 and or North of the 10.I'm also curious about starting out in B-/C+ class-ish multi-property where the median house is around $500k, however it boarders an area of the median home of $700k.

There are also "cash buyers" that will probably pay even less that you can meet who probably intend to try and flip the property.
