If people have an old  computer with very little memory or disc space, QuickBooks is going to freeze on them.  

It was not uncommon for tenants to complain about the unit "Freezing" overnight, and threaten all sorts of actions via city officials.

Today we may get to FREEZING (32 degrees).

Also we would have a freezing issue in an unheated space.

It kept freezing, so I deleted it and then I went to the app store to re-download, and I can't even find it at all.

The reason is due to the extreme cold. if a tenant doesn't fill the tank the water/sewer lines will freeze.
