What is with people that they have to attack attractive, intelligent women and try to make them appear to be stupid gold diggers?

You read in the paper everyday where pit bulls attack people and the only people that want pit bulls are drug dealers.

No attacks on folks who disagree, you address each point individually.

In your case, not trying to attack you just trying to give a real life example, it seems that same argument could be made.

When others read such statements, they may think it themselves which is a dangerous approach.I hope you take no offense and I assure you my intent is not to attack but to educate (but admit my wording can seem like it is meant as an attack). 

Long vacancy, bad tenant, eviction, high turnover costs, a global pandemic, a terrorist attack, a financial crisis etc etc etc can affect your cash flow in the short term.
