I have had many poor timing things I had to suffer through over the past 10 years, our wedding was the biggest hassle real estate issue :)  Personally I would tell them they have to pay until it is rented, you letting them off the hook at that point will be a favor in itself. 

The seller received multiple offers over the weekend so I had to re-submit my highest and best...but my offer ended up getting accepted the following Wed.  

@Charles Hawkins  There is a meeting next Wed. evening, Sept 27th in Dublin if you want some education and networking. 

Really enjoyed the Wed webinar, but missed a few parts due to nursing an infant.

We have a BP meet up 3rd wed of every month in the mid cities area.

I did some research on the wed and there are some bad  and nasty reviews especially on a refinance and payments steal on a mortgage.

I want pictures and an inspection because I feel that they are going to trash the place when they leave.I ordered a home inspection for this Thursday and will deliver a 24 hr notice wed.

Is this even worthy considering, as it's a family deal and we are newly wed?
