Depends on the area, but searching the social media like linkedin and facebook and such is surprisingly effective.I'd say talk to the neighbors, though.

I'm looking for a software that I can use to update prices (manually - sometimes daily) on a listing in a single place that then updates all platform prices that I've linked in.

Go to REIA meetings (there will be atleast one local to you), be active on the forums here, and try to network via linkedin, facebook, or in-person with investors, agents, and anyone who has more knowledge than you.

You can also take a look at their website/LinkedIn profiles to see if they are marketing to the real estate industry... or to just anyone who will pay them.Once again, great thought process as you're starting out and best of luck in your search!
