The granite counter had no lip and tenants dried their dishes on counter that dripped down cabinet front that is in front of sink so it needs some refinishing. 

Anything necessary to keep the place dry, solid, and secure.

And it's ultra turnkey, I only need to put a wash/dry upstairs and it's perfect.

This park sounds like a disaster to me and I bet it will bleed you dry.

Multiple channels are needed, if you're a one trick pony things can dry up fast. 

Allow the mortar to dry.

The number might not be so cut and dry but they do know what it is going to cost in the end.

Now there is an argument out there which, to some degree, coincides with @Paul Murch's thoughts but it is not so cut and dry.  

Im looking to virtual wholsale but i cant seem to figure which market i should go attack with my marketing campaign, im in western ma and the market out here is pretty dry ( yes i know im a newbie but ther isn't alot of development goin on out here, And its always been a quite market).
