I have been investigating Ken Wade's Housing alerts and I gleaned from some of the information there that Rhode Island maybe a good state to invest in  based on good momentum  and numbers.

As someone new with limited cash on hand, it either makes it a bit more difficult to get involved doe to the cost or difficult to gain momentum due to lack of cashflow to reinvest.  

I would say that the main thing to keep up the momentum is finding deals and/or creative financing as you can only get so many traditional loans.

. - I think that's a smart way to get some momentum going.

Hey guys, I’m still new to investing in the Ky area and I’m attempting to gain momentum in investing by taking advantage of my new home buyers program via section 8 voucher and using that to house Jack my way into investing.

Maybe they elevate this in q2 to get some more momentum, but this has less legs than a snail.

And with that I wont let this momentum go to waste, I'll be reinvesting the profits into my business and I'm so excited for all the things to come.
