Excited to share that I officially closed on my first wholesale deal earlier this month! Months of diligently comping properties, networking, and educating have finally yielded my first success. After all of this time, my advice to new wholesalers is - KEEP GOING! For a long time it felt like I was spinning my wheels and getting nowhere but each failure takes you closer to your goal (if you learn from it). Its really easy to reach a milestone and pass it without celebrating because we always want the next goal, but I had to take a moment and truly appreciate how far this journey has taken me. And with that I wont let this momentum go to waste, I'll be reinvesting the profits into my business and I'm so excited for all the things to come.
