My question is I usually make anywhere from $900 to $1500 every two weeks but I want a game plan or even a mentor that can help guide me to my first deal or give me a process I can follow.

I have started out reading the Ultimate Beginner’s Guide and have made my first draft of a business plan, but I don’t know where to go next.

Is there any guide for landlords on how to use that section well?

Also, Just purchased the books “Ultimate guide in rental properties” and “managing rental properties” to learn more about that market
