Since her mom was involved to such an extent, something tells me that tenant B is used to getting her way, and gets pretty bent out of shape when things don't go exactly as she wants.Also, there appears to be more (albeit, anecdotal) evidence that these weed-heads were reasonable in the face of gentle confrontation and didn't threaten you and your entire extended family with violence and revenge.
