HELP!!! What do new investors want MOST in a Meetup?

I am starting up a real-estate meetup in Billings, Mt targeting new/beginner real-estate investors helping them take their next steps! 

With that said what would be most helpful for you as an investor (experienced people please help me out too)  

A. Clear and professional teaching 

B. Ability to "Pick the Brain" of a more successful investor

C. Relaxed Hang out time with no agenda (creating real friendship) 

D. Accountability and Goal setting  

E.  Something else?  (coffee/doughnuts)

Thank you for this! Through a really weird--and in my opinion--divine twist of events, we are suddenly on the real estate path. I don't know much about meet ups, but I would love A and B. Many times over the last few weeks I have wished I could find people in our area to talk to! Thanks! I'll keep an eye on this post to see how it unfolds!
