I've definitely seen this happening in Denver and will be fascinated to see what our city is like in 5-10 years.

I was just way too fascinated By Brandon's webinar and I thought this was my way to contribute to the hard work of Brandon and Josh for hosting such great webinars and the site is the best resource for real estate investing.About me, I am an active real estate investor, holding about 9 buy and hold properties in my portfolio as of today and always looking to buy great deals and constantly looking for oppurtunities to grow my portfolio by JV'ing or partnering on deals with like minded investors in the community.

Mainly, the systems implemented are fascinating (VA, automated offers, etc.)

We have been reading real estate books and listen to the BP podcasts and it fascinates us.
