You may also want to review the rules for property tax reassessment while title to real property is held within a business entity like an LLC, as the rules are different than when title is held by an individual or trust.

Also Zelle doesn't allow for the ability to individually enable/disable a tenant in the system.Money orders require driving over to pick up, or the tenant sending them late and then the late fee issue is still there. 

What if its a trust or its a single LLC for that individual property and the name and phone number that shows up is of the registering agent? 

Insurance is highly specified to the situation, individual, property, etc.
