Don't forget to collect contact info from all the visitors, they are potential buyers and listings.

While they were noisier, in the summertime your felt more part of the community ... in the winter, la chasse-neige was a frequent visitor to your dreams.  

Has anyone ever bought without doing a site visit, or does any have any general thoughts on this?

Is it near a place that would attract short term visitors?

We don't live in a "tourist" area but all of Utah is traveled by visitors. 

I pay yearly for my REIA, and I've seen others where it's $20 per visit or so to pay for the room and coffee/food etc...Being apart of your local REIA is a GREAT and one of the best ways to network with other people in your own back yard.

I stumbled upon a video on youtube with Brandon Turner about a month ago and have been a frequent visitor to BP ever since.

I was looking at our analytics this morning and saw that 10% of our visitors are using IE7 for Windows and was really shocked that no one has reported this problem with the menus.

And potentially see more visitors, instead of just the person who only has a season pass to one mountain.How would you approach your area purchase?
