Hello! I'm a long time visitor/reader of the site and finally upgraded to a pro membership. I'm a full time investor from Texas. I started investing in 2012 in San Marcos and have recently transitioned back to the panhandle. I currently still look for deals in San Marcos and New Braunfels but primarily invest in Amarillo and Lubbock. I've listened to many of the podcasts and read many of the blog posts and have benefited greatly from the knowledge on the site.
