I hear similar ideas that the apartments could convert to condos, but all of the apartments subject to this are luxury apartments that will be such a different product and price point than what I am currently buying for cash flow in Green Valley Ranch.

The offerings that I've seen range from people renting a room in their house, or guest cottage, to condos, and luxury beach side homes, with rents from what a hotel would charge for a room, on up to rates for a suite in a luxury 5 star hotel, or private villa.Condos can be bought probably from $500k on up, houses maybe $600,000 and up... up.. up, to multi million dollar properties.

In this case, because of the contrast between this house and the neighborhood, I feel like making the private spaces is necessary to keep the high rent, which is competing with luxury apartments 2 blocks away.
