How to Work Luxury and International RE as an Associate?

So, It's been a minute since I last posted on here.

I've been busy with some side projects along with my real estate exam. With that out of the way, my indirect research has led me to a big question for my fellow entrepreneurs on here that have experience with this:

-What moves must a freshly brewed real estate agent make to work luxury, preferably for an international firm such as Sotheby's?
