Type "Real estate investing Tampa" in the search bar and a bunch of meetings should pop up including TBREIA and Tampa REIA meetups.

The bar is not all that high in real estate but not everyone will succeed.

There are a ton of calculators for excel if you go to the top tool bar and select tools, and then FilePlace: Free Forms and Files.  

You can also click on 'Browse' on the right of the search bar and you will see a big list of demographics, behaviors, etc.To select the type of housing you want to target you would go to 'demographics' and there you can select the type of home you would like to target by size, value, type of residence, etc.Let me know, if you have any questions, mate!

I'm offering asking price to the seller, but the seller has added an adendum that offers all previous renters with contact information, as well as all future bookings (From April through June), in addition to furniture - Tiki bar, outdoor grill, kitchen tables, bedding, the works.

Don't baby sit and set the bar where you EXPECT the tenants to perform.
