If you started in an entirely different state where you had no roots, it'd be much more difficult for you, in my opinion.

I believe the root of the quesiton should be answered, where do YOU want to be.

Let’s break down some root cause here?  

We run the meet up in South Glens Falls, the first Thursday of every month from 7-9 at common roots brewery private event room.

Six huge full-grown sycamore trees standing about 80-100 feet and 16 Ash trees, producing over 400lbs of leaves and yard waste every season, making the property deteriorate, lack of visibility, and the worst the roots destroying the parking lot.

Originally I am from Pottsville, Pennsylvania - a relatively small town with coal mining roots a few hours outside of Philadelphia. 

Additionally the inspection did find some roots in the sewer which the rehab estimate doesn't cover. 

The property is located in the 72209 zip.I am trying to get to the root of the issue and I’m worried it could be multiple things.I purchased the property at the end of 2019 and we will start with tenants.Tenant 1 was fine until she lost her job and her replacement job didn’t pay nearly as much.  

Google, Apple, Amazon and Facebook have all recently put MASSIVE roots down.
