Wondering if anyone has any experience in buying raw land/ranch land/farms and what kind of financing there is for a property like this and how it works?

You'll need a specialty loan and not a lot of lenders lend on raw land.

I am interested in purchasing raw land to develop myself, however I would like to know if there is conventional funding on raw land or if it is a different process.

And even then it's very RAW data, (like stock charts!)
