Nobody has a crystal ball and I think anyone who claims to 'know' what will happen is basically crazy!

This is what I am thinking, though of course, I don't have a crystal ball.

The lower dollar value of properties in this area can definitely lead to better returns on investment.It's essential to have a crystal-clear understanding of what your investor is looking for.

@Evan Polaski I guess I'm just too much of a coward to go long on the stock market no matter the depth of my pockets :) Nobody has a crystal ball to know where the stock market will be in a month or a year as it fluctuates with market sentiment. 

There are also some very poorly written Docs that are NOT crystal clear, or that do not address seemingly fundamental issues.
