I Need A Clear Roadmap

Hello everybody, I am just starting my journey but need some information! My vision and strategy is crystal clear but I feel that there is more that I could be doing. I am currently:

1. Raising Capital for Down Payment, Closing Costs, Cash Reserves, CapEx etc..

2. Raising Credit Score to 700

3. Found a realtor

4. Learning & analyzing deals daily

Is there more that I can do? Am I just being impatient? Am I missing crucial steps?

Thanks in advance!

There is no such thing as a clear roadmap. There are speed bumps, potholes, and stop signs every where. Know what your end goal is and take baby steps to get there.
