I've had many situations where even one of the most-experienced real estate brokers in this world made mistakes that almost caused my to lose more than $350,000.This is the reason you want to be smarter, more-experienced, or maybe what we can call more capable of having the ability to forcefully override your broker's bad decisions and become more-successful.The broker I am talking about is so experienced he won some sort of award from President Bush for making some significant number (don't know the number) in real estate investors multi-millionaires.

Because when a tenant goes late and he does have to take it to eviction, when it comes up in court, the judge awards him the full rent, not the discounted amount.Often times, the judge will only award the rent and not the late fees.Just wanted to put that out there ...
