New member in Boston, looking at Worcester

Hi everyone,

I just joined after finding BP referenced on Reddit a lot. I am looking to supplement my income with some multifamily properties in the Worcester, MA area. I live in Boston but am priced out of the market here. At this point I am just looking for passive income, not to make this a full time job. I'm looking to start with a 3-4 family around $150-$250k.

I'd love to connect with anyone with experience looking at Worcester or other areas outside of Boston. I haven't been to the Black Diamond events yet, but I hope to make it out there soon. Just getting my feet wet at this point, exploring neighborhoods and trying to find a broker, financing, property manager, etc.
