Hi All,

As an industry partner, I would love to hear feedback and create dialogue on what real estate agents feel are changes ahead based on the settlement for the lawsuit. Along with the suits files immediately after against other large firms. Thoughts?

It is entirely too early to come to any conclusion. While the jury has awarded dmages.....the judge has not actually ruled anything in the case yet, and the case remains open until then. The judges ultimate ruling (which will be appealed no matter what they rule from one side or the other) could be no changes at all, to a complete nationwide upending of the current structure. The fact is no one has a clue until that happens. And when people claim that they do, theyre simply uninformed. Im on the NAR Board of Directors and as intimately familiar with whats going on as anyone, and I have no clue what the judge will rule.
