I invest in Griffin and the Hapeville/College Park/ East Point areas in southwest Atlanta near the airport.

I live in Orange County now but am open to investing anywhere in the southwest region.I have access to cash and I want to get the ball rolling here!

I'm planning on renting out my 140 acre vacation rental property in South west Michigan during the offseason (generate some extra income) and was wondering a couple things.

I've heard Phoenix has a good water management system in place, but other cities across the southwest aren't planning well enough for potential water shortages in the future.

One in Sugar Land (the burbs just southwest of Houston) and another vacation rental on the San Bernard River in Brazoria, Texas (Near the gulf coast).

@Jay Hinrichs  It seems like a lot of land flipping, like you mentioned in your post above, happens in the south west and eastern Oregon and Washington,  Why is that?
