Realtor investor from Houston/ Sugar Land finally posts!

Hello Bigger Pockets crew! My name is Justin Hilton from Houston, Texas. I’ve been a member on here for a while now mainly just listening to all the podcasts and browsing the forums once in a while. I finally took the initiative to make my first post. I’m looking to get more involved in the forums and network with other like minded investors. Im a realtor and own two rentals. One in Sugar Land (the burbs just southwest of Houston) and another vacation rental on the San Bernard River in Brazoria, Texas (Near the gulf coast). I also manage two Airbnb/Vrbo Rentals in Sargent which is a fishing community south of Galveston. Hobbies are wakesurfing, wakeboarding, golfing, cars and real estate! Look forward to joining the BP community.
