A successful Airbnb is truly a BUSINESS and should be operated as one. 

I haven't, but just make sure the mentor has personal experience/success AND you have access to either him or a qualified coach for as many questions as you want to ask, versus just buying a course like some people offer.

I've rented to several in Kentucky, and none of them turned out successfully.

Right now I know the bones of the BRRRR and what things need to be in place to make it successful but I know nothing about markets or how to analyze them.

New investors that have a focus, goal, and take action will be the most successful.

After making the necessary improvements and upgrades, we successfully rented out the property in October 2024, generating consistent monthly cash flow.
