I found a duplex gem 2 months ago in the Austin MSA.

@Brent Coombs Will certainly be doing vacation rentals again...but perhaps in another market, although there are still a few gems in the islands.  

Right now, there's 4.57 acres for sale in Huntsville, its at: 4006 Newson Rd, Huntsville, AL, 35805 and its zoned R2b- That's Commercial, Multifamily, Developments- the possibilities are endless, and I cant believe its not scooped up yet but its a good little gem.
