Hi all, This is my first rodeo in rental business :) I am renovating a 2 units and was wondering if anyone had experience putting Granite Transformations.

Meeting with the project manager, owner & his wife nearly daily to talk about options and changes, and take pics of te transformation. 

I was wondering if anyone could recommend some software that is helpful, or maybe a company that can take images drawn and transform them into computer images.

Could transform run-down Daytona into the next Anna Maria Island. 

It has been a few months since I have really been active on BP, but my wife and I just came to the conclusion of our second “deal” and I wanted to jump back on to share some of the details and transformation photos with the community.

Just from looking around, and the size of the electrical room I'd say between the 3 transformers, there must be about 500KW in capacity.The cutouts are pulled at the pole, and I know these transformers went under water.

I have belonged to terrible groups & amazing groups that have transformed my life for the betterThe group has to have the right chemistry of members, ground rules, & accountability.

The first was relatively minor when a giant electrical transformer burned up in a forest fire several hundred miles from where I live.

This would transform profits into a business expense before I have to count it as income.Basically, have you heard of anyone taking pre-tax revenue from one business and investing it in their real estate business without paying income tax on the transaction?

I realize the dominating thoughts of my mind will eventually reproduce themselves in outward, physical action, and gradually transform themselves into physical reality; therefore, I will concentrate my thoughts for thirty minutes daily, upon the task of thinking of the person I intend to become thereby creating in my mind a clear mental picture of that person.Third I know through the principle of autosuggestion, any desire that I persistently hold in my mind will eventually seek expression through some practical means of attaining the object back of it, therefore, I will devote ten minutes daily to demanding of myself the development of SELF CONFIDENCE.Fourth, I have clearly written down a description of my DEFINITE CHIEF AIM in life, and I will never stop trying, until I shall have developed sufficient self-confidence for its attainment.Fifth.
