Granite Transformations or Granite for Kitchen countertops?

Hi all,

 This is my first rodeo in rental business :) 

I am renovating a 2 units and was wondering if anyone had experience putting Granite Transformations. They are few hundred more than the cheapest granite but offer 10 year warranty. I saw the samples and I do like them. I would like to know your recommendations. I am mostly concerned about durability of the product and warranty experience in case I need them to honor their claims.
