@Douglas GratzI’d be careful in assuming that Class A SFHs appreciate faster and the real money is in the capital gains when you sell, which may be true on the county assessors assessment year after year, but when you look to unload your Class A SFH rental, plan on making capital improvements to bring it up to date.
