Now a property owner can literally first find out their taxes are delinquent when they are being sued for the property.Large Investors will stay away in droves because their incentive to invest in the county has been taken away by reducing interest rates and ending overbids. 

Ive tried to find the vacant units online and on Craigslist apartments.com and several other sites but there’s no listings for them anywhere at all no pictures no information no for rent sign out front.... literally no info.

I have done literally hundreds of closings with no title escrow or attorney and lived to fight another day.

Currently I'm working as a project manager in a real estate development company in Flushing, NY on a 200-room hotel development project.

It was sad honestly, as one of my buyers should have closed literally the best deal on the MLS in Berwyn but he overdid his reno budget and then the thing failed the self sufficiency guidelines. 

My offices are based out of Bayside and Flushing.

I called the plumber, who after fixing the clog told me that it was because of paper towels being flushed.
