We're running into some trouble with tenants just leaving things a complete mess, gross, unsanitary (raw meat running out of the fridge in the kitchen, dumping grease down the drain despite notices not to do so, etc).

There is a 36" wide counter depth stainless fridge at my local store.

I've done an extra stove/fridge/washer/dryer for $50 per month.

The quote to get rid of rubbish, carpet included that has been left at the property and to give it a clean (lots of stuff in other rooms and the basement including fridges, rubbish, beds, furniture etc) is $2600.
