Replace 3 windows in addition, 2 prong outlets noticed throughout house. 

I recently found an outlet where someone used the red wire as a ground because the cable they used had no (bare) ground wire.

Some old termite damage but it had been repaired and no new termite damage was noted by the inspector.The things that I knew I needed to do when updating were:- Update electrical Service to 200amp service coming in (to run all needed appliances and computers, etc)-Add outlets-update plumbing (originally planning to just add new hot water heater and add new plumbing features.

A smaller version of that massive facility is still there but now surround by many new homes and retail outlets that grew out of that merger.In reference of capital flight from countries like Russia, China and Brazil I believe that money is flowing into the US because the referenced economies are doing poorly.

Okay here is an update on the inspection.I did not pass the inspection they said the following needs to be corrected.1.The storm door closed too fast,it needs to be slower(ah)2.the laundry sink was dripping(which it was not) the handle was a little forward.3.the brand new hardwood floors has some dust on it(from people walking with their shoes on) needs to be cleaned4.2 outlets were not working(which was my mistake) because i didn't check all of them.5.the dryer vent had a small slit so have to put in a new one.6. the steps from the kitchen to the backyard had handrail only on one side.it needs to be on both sides.so i corrected these errors.hopefully next time around i would be more careful.wish me luck.i want to make sure they will return the house to me in the same shape.is it true if the tenants mess up the place,section 8 would cover the cost of repairs?

A new casino is going in and new outlet mall where a previously "ghost town" mall had been for quite some time.

If the repair costs more than the limit or other things need to be repaired too (say, an electrical outlet near a hot water heater), the costs might not be fully covered.

For example, my CA property, the outdoor outlets are run from the main bathroom.
