Walking thru a potential flip house

My realtor selected two properties for us to walk through today. Both the are homes were built in the 1950's, located in Memphis, TN. One is a 3bd 2bath the other is 3bd 1bath (would want to add a bath possibly). Does anyone have any suggested worksheets that I should look at printing off to aid in getting the most out of my walk through? Any last minute advice or pointers?
