Worked the past 10 years in Information Technology, currently a director of cybersecurity at a local financial institution.

Most are mismanaged by a Board of Directors that cannot even maintain their own financial in order and most cannot even read their own simple bank accounts balances, but yet are managing, at times, MILLIONS of US dollars! 

and well frankly they run it like a mini prison. fully fenced with barb wire tops  full security system on site security.. and Men are not allowed.. the units are all rented to females and children and all on Memphis housing vouchers.. if they are not married no men can come in.. there is some law in Memphis about trespassing and if the men try to sneak in and shack up with the tenants the law is called and they can get arrested.. this is how you run those asset class's can it be done yes.. if done right and you earn the little extra in cash flow ....

I was a training director at a KW office and currently an agent at an EXIT office... however my current office has a great deal of online training and KW has a great training program as well.

I work full time as a Program Director at an agency that serves people with disabilities.

So at 10a next Tuesday, May 23rd I'll be meeting with Christina Parrish, the Exec Director of SPAR Council (Springfield Preservation and Revitalization) and going on a tour of the neighborhood with Kevin O'Halloran, SPAR's Community Outreach Coordinator.

I decide who to fine and then they can appeal to the board of directors.

Turns out he had leased to a single female and had written at the top if the lease "Lease Purchase" and the tenant had moved into a house that still needed a lot of work and had paid for some of the work, had been told a price to buy the house ( but apparently there was no mention of purchase in the lease).

I had an issue where one of the directors of a foreign foundation that was a part owner of one of the companies that was investing in my deal (see, like three levels up the chain of ownership) had the same name as a politician in that country, but we were able to clear it up.
