Hey SC Locals,

My name is Chris, just dropping by to say hi and introduce myself as a new investor in Columbia.

I graduated with both undergrad and MBA from "the" USC. Worked the past 10 years in Information Technology, currently a director of cybersecurity at a local financial institution. I'd be glad to help anyone in this area, as I don't have much to offer yet on the REI side.

From REI, my goal is to make my first investment in 2017, single family or mutli.

Hey Chris,

These days I'm a Maryland local, but I'm a USC grad (2010). I'm also looking to make my first purchase in 2017, and looking for SFR or duplex properties that cash flow. Not sure if you ever linked up with anyone around here, but let me know if you want to talk/compare notes. I'll be in town Aug 19-21, but networking online and analyzing deals in the meantime.
