($1250 will be in vain)With this math, the value of a great list will be worth at the very least $750 plus value in the market place, more concentrated motivation, and much less tire kickers.What does the BP community think?

Unfortunately, for the single MHP property model, your options for containing legal costs are to: 1) joint venture [all investors in active control of their own money], 2) only allow accredited investors (so you aren't required to have a PPM), or 3) figure out a way to scale up your business model and buy bigger deals or multiple deals at a single shot. 

Put up your signs in the yards of your purchases that contain a short message and your phone number.

Hello BP,Has anyone built a shipping container home in any county/city near Orlando, FL?

I understand that having a preview would be silly because then people could just copy it verbatim, but surely there is some way to let people know what is contained in the forms, e.g. specific clauses?

Most likely, the Lease contains a 30-Day Notice (with the Vacate date on the last day of Month), unless they are being served for violating the Lease. 

The structure is nothing more than a container for future cash flow.

This list was sent to me by the county and it only contained the actual property address of all vacant homes in the city.
