They are currently pushing to ban gas engines, ban gas stoves and give almost $1 trillion to black citizens as reparations (there is even a calculator on the states website so you can see what you might get https://calmatters.org/califor...You can't make this stuff up.So forget any attempts to reason this out with logic....wrong state, wrong time....

I'd like to see brokers either banned from Craigslist, or relegated to a separate section so the the FSBOs are easily seen, or FSBO's able to post on the MLS for free, just as the agents and brokers list on Cgaigslist.

Also the landlord tenant court case process changed dramatically to make it way more difficult for landlords since the eviction bans, its no longer summary judgement, so make sure that you have a good attorney who has all the paperwork filed and supporting documents for your day in virtual court, becuase getting a court date in essex county is not easy or quick
