Not only does it artificially boost your post count and influence score (not accusing you of this but there have been others in the past), but it also disrupts the flow of the conversation in my opinion.

My guess is this is nothing but a Christmas bump and it will drop out in January to February.Many of these jobs are low to median income.They do nothing but keep people paying utilities and rent but not have much discretionary money to spend and boost the economy.

Until consumer confidence in their job returns there will be little boost to the housing market.
