Hello everyone, I am a new user on this platform and joined because I am interesting in investing in multifamily and connecting with experienced investors.

I'd like some true feedback from current users as there's not a lot of review to be found online.

If you plan on purchasing, talk with an investor-friendly lender and STR-centric real estate agent to get more information to help you analyze the deal.

So you can make an ADA 'friendly' unit without making an actual ADA unit. 

The guy showing me how email worked sent his friend an email and then called his friend to tell him he sent him an email.  

If that isn't feasible for his situation I'd recommend looking for rentals in the southern/middle part of the country where price points are much easier and the laws are landlord friendly.

This place took the thunder from REIClub and a couple others and made a space for like minded investors to feel like they had a home to come to flourish, make friends, feel appreciated and intelligent. 

Now if you just lending to friends and family then it's less complicated.
